All 9 modules are delivered as part of the base scope, inside a single unified control panel — including AI/ML and basic RBAC login.

A single Time & Material engagement covering all 9 modules end-to-end, billed at one uniform rate per resource per month across the full team.
Complete delivery of all 9 modules into a single unified control panel, including AI/ML and basic RBAC.
A uniform flat rate applied across every resource on the engagement — development, AI/ML, and shared project oversight alike.
Billed monthly on a Time & Material basis at ₹1,60,000 per resource per month. Any additional modules, new requirements, or major change requests beyond the agreed scope continue under the same T&M rate.
A focused 6-month delivery, with all 9 modules sequenced from discovery to production handover.
The base timeline is 6 months and may extend by ±1 month based on change requests or additional scope. Any extension beyond the agreed timeline due to new requirements will be billed separately under Time & Material.
A lean, senior team of 4–5 resources. All resources carry 5–8 years of experience due to the complexity of the platform.

The following items are explicitly out of scope for this engagement. Any of these can be added later under a separate Time & Material engagement.
Any item listed above, any additional modules, or any major change request after scope freeze will be scoped and billed separately under a Time & Material model.
